The Washington County Museum is excited to announce the upcoming Grand Opening of the Hugh and Jane Hunt Vintage Radio Gallery, happening Friday, April 10.
This brand-new exhibit invites visitors to step back into the “Golden Age of Radio”, when families gathered around beautifully crafted sets to hear music, news, and stories that connected the nation.
A Collection Unlike Any Other
The gallery features an extraordinary collection of historic radios, including what are considered among the finest collections of Catalin radios, Air King “Skyscraper” radios, and Sparton “Mirror” radios. These rare and visually striking pieces showcase both the innovation and artistry of early radio design.
