Request for Bids for Porch Replacement at Frahm House

We have been restoring the Frahm House over the last several months. Next project is to repair the beautiful wrap-around porch and add a wheelchair ramp. We are soliciting bids from contractors until August 31, 2023. The Museum was approved for a grant from History Nebraska for this project, with assistance from the Historic Preservation Fund,

Long Creek School

The old schoolhouse is on its new foundation and the restoration is starting.  First, the chimney is going back on, brick by brick. Then the new floor, and the new roof. We’ll post pictures as the restoration progresses.
